How is the investment calculated?
we provide a custom Flat Fee that covers the entire design process from concept to final documentation. To keep this fee accessible, it covers a specific scope of work. Any major revisions after approval, or ongoing construction administration (coordinating with builders/architects), are simply billed at our accessible hourly rate of $25/hr.
